Alltrack supplies a wide range of parts and assemblies which improve reliability, improve bag transit travel which can increase overall production efficiency.

Bag Pusher

• bag pusher compatible with Futurail and Supertrack systems
• stand alone design and operates independent from monorail controls system
• guided c400mm stroke cylinder rod which can be configured to push either 1 or 2 bags
• shorter stroke version available for fitment to lift carriage rails
• can be fitted to operate on either side of the rail

FS-RP 01, a new rotary version available shortly and compatible with almost all brands of monorail systems.

Bag Speed Reducer

• full bag speed reducer compatible with Futurail and Supertrack systems
• stand alone design and operates independent from monorail controls system
• incorporates timers, sensor and pneumatic controls
• requires only 24v, 0v and high pressure air to operate

Non-Return Assemblies

• non-returns are designed to stop and retain bags from bouncing backwards and triggering false signals to the software control system.
• false signals can lead to bags going to the wrong destination, incorrect linen treatment and potential system shut-down
