Steel Track Inserts

• compatible with later version of Futurail aluminium alloy systems, they are installed at high wear areas of the system including at stops
• virtually eliminates the indentation of the rail track at the stops as the bag trollies come to rest on steel section rail track.
• 200mm long and double the length of most other versions
• can be supplied for customer fitment ( but this requires accurate cutting of the existing rail to install them ).
• more commonly we supply 1 or 2 of this inserts already fitted into a new piece of aluminium alloy rail c1500mm long.
• in this case, the customer only has to make 2 simple straight cuts to fit the new piece of rail.
• alternatively our technicians could install them onsite for the customer
